Horizontal 4.0 is dedicated to the people who, in the face of war, do not give up, seek and find help, and those of us who provide that help. At the festival, the MARTIN Club will present all relevant services, tell about its history, and provide an opportunity to participate in most of the activities currently held by the MARTIN Club for people.
